Let's Go Do!

Law Enforcement Guidelines

Last updated September 9, 2026

Overview

Let's Go Do! is an adults-only interest-first dating and social platform. We take privacy and safety seriously and cooperate with law enforcement requests that are lawful, narrowly scoped, and properly authorized. These guidelines explain how law enforcement and government agencies may request user data from Let's Go Do!.

Emergency requests

If there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury to a person, law enforcement may submit an emergency request. Emergency requests must be sent from an official law-enforcement email address and include:
  • Your agency name, badge or employee ID, and direct contact number.
  • A clear description of the emergency and the specific data needed.
  • Relevant user identifiers (email, user ID, or other account details).
  • Why the information is needed immediately.
We review emergency requests promptly and may provide available data necessary to address the emergency.

Required legal process

For non-emergency requests, we require valid legal process issued by a court or government authority with jurisdiction. The type of process required depends on the data requested:
  • Basic subscriber information — typically requires a subpoena or equivalent legal process.
  • Content such as messages, photos, or activity records — generally requires a search warrant or equivalent under applicable law.
  • Real-time or prospective data — requires a court order or warrant under applicable law.

How to submit a request

Send all law-enforcement requests to:

Email: legal@letsgododate.com

Mail: Let's Go Do! Legal Requests, c/o Let's Go Do! Support, 123 Ocean Drive, Suite 456, Santa Monica, CA 90401, USA

Note: The mailing address is for formal legal correspondence. For faster handling, email is preferred.

Information we may provide

Depending on the legal process and applicable law, we may be able to provide:
  • Account registration information (email, date of birth, account creation date).
  • Profile information and interests the user chose to share.
  • Messages and rendezvous-related content, when required by a warrant.
  • Report, block, and moderation records tied to an account.
  • IP addresses and device information associated with account access, if retained.
We do not retain content that a user has permanently deleted from their account.

User notification

Unless prohibited by law or the request is tied to an active investigation, we will notify affected users of law-enforcement requests for their data. We may delay notification when a court order or applicable law requires secrecy.

Data retention

We retain account and activity data only as long as necessary for operational, safety, and legal purposes. Data that a user deletes from their account is generally removed from active systems within a commercially reasonable time, though backups or legal holds may retain it for a limited period.

International requests

Requests from outside the United States must comply with applicable international treaties, mutual legal assistance treaties (MLATs), or other recognized legal mechanisms. We do not respond directly to requests from foreign authorities that do not comply with U.S. law or our policies.
