Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated September 9, 2026
Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes the rules and controls that keep Let's Go Do! safe, lawful and welcoming. It applies to every member, visitor and tester. By using the service you agree to follow this policy as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Child Safety Standards and Law Enforcement Guidelines.
Adults only
Let's Go Do! is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We verify age at registration through date-of-birth collection and reject any account that indicates the user is under 18. Accounts later discovered to belong to minors are removed immediately and, where required by law, reported to the appropriate authorities.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Let's Go Do! to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse or intimidate any person.
- Send unwanted sexual content, nudity or sexually explicit imagery.
- Impersonate another person or create fake accounts.
- Run scams, solicit money, promote commercial sexual services or sex work.
- Share another member's private information, photos or messages without consent.
- Promote hate speech, discrimination, violence or self-harm.
- Upload, distribute or request content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Engage in illegal activity or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Circumvent blocks, suspensions, security controls or rate limits.
Safety controls
We build safety into the product experience:
- Interest-first matching: members connect through shared interests before photos are revealed.
- Public rendezvous: first meetings are planned around public activities and venues.
- Delayed photo reveal: faces and photos stay hidden until both members confirm a rendezvous.
- Blocking: any member can block another; blocked pairs cannot view profiles, match, message or join rendezvous together.
- Reporting: every profile, message and rendezvous can be reported directly in the app.
- Account deletion: members can delete their account and data from Profile → Delete account at any time.
Detecting and reviewing violations
We detect potential AUP violations through a combination of automated checks and human moderation:
- Automated signals: age validation at sign-up, block/report volume thresholds, suspicious activity patterns and content scanning for known harmful material.
- Member reports: reports are triaged by our moderation team and reviewed against this policy.
- Escalation: serious violations, including suspected minors or child sexual abuse/exploitation (CSAE), are escalated to senior moderators and reported to law enforcement and/or NCMEC as required by law.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account removal, device or payment-method restrictions, and referral to law enforcement. We may remove content, limit functionality or terminate accounts without prior notice for severe or repeated violations. There is no entitlement to reinstatement.
Reporting
To report a violation, use the in-app report tool or email support@letsgododate.com. Include the member's name or user ID, a description of the issue and any relevant screenshots. Reports are handled promptly and confidentially.
Law enforcement cooperation
We cooperate with law enforcement requests that are lawful, narrowly scoped and properly authorized. Emergency requests should be sent from an official law-enforcement email address to legal@letsgododate.com. Full guidelines are available on our Law Enforcement Guidelines page.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service, laws and safety best practices evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
