This page explains how to request deletion of your Let's Go Do! account (app and website at letsgododate.com, published by Let's Go Do!) and the personal data associated with it.
Delete your account from inside the app
- Open the Let's Go Do! app or go to letsgododate.com and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately and you are signed out.
Delete your account by email
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@letsgododate.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership of the address and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login credentials and email address
- Your profile: display name, date of birth, age, city, bio and reveal mode
- Your photos
- Your selected interests
- Your connection requests, matches and rendezvous plans
- Your subscription record (cancel billing separately in Google Play if you subscribed there)
What is kept, and for how long
Safety and moderation records (reports and blocks involving your account) are retained in anonymised form for up to 12 months to protect other members, and transaction records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires. These records no longer identify you publicly and are not used for matching.
